Cerita pasal makanan jer.

Salam uollss..


Lama dah tak cerita pasal makanan kan. Okey, mula-mula nak citer pasal caramelo neh. Sedapnye Ya Allah. Hari tu ada opismate jual. Kita kan macam sayang skit nak keluar duit  untuk makan mahal-mahal neh. Haha. Mahal okey. Tapi sebab terliur sangat kan. Beli la jugak. Sedapnya. Mula-mula makan 2-3 keping jer konon nak bawak balik bagi en.beliau rasa jugak. Eh,makan punya makan tak sedar tengok tinggal 2-3 keping jer. Agak-agak lah nak bawak balik kat suami pon. Terus ngap sampai habis ler jawabnya...Hehee. Asben, nanti saya beli lain eh.

Nanti nak gugel resepi lahh..

Kemudian alkisahnya minggu yang lalu adik ipar, Ateh ikut kitorang balik rumah. Tak bosan la saya neh. Duk dapur je ada peneman, kadang-kadang pagi tak sempat nak siapkan makanan untuk bawak bekal si ateh tolong. Mekasih Ateh. Lain kali datang lagi. Hehehe.

Pastu mak mertua kirim ikan patin. Saya tak pernah pon masak patin masak tempoyak . Ateh tolong masak. Sedapnya. Si en.beliau plak tak makan ikan patin, so kitorang buh la ikan lain jugak dalam tu untuk en.beliau.


Hari Jumaat lepas ada kawan nak datang, asben suh buat puding gula hangus, dia pun lama tak makan. Buat sikit jer. Loyang aiolls kecik jer. kena beli loyang besar sikit la baru puas hati makan. 

Kemudian ada satu malam tu saya ni perut teringin sangat nak makan kuew tiaw ladna. Sedapnya sedapnya. Try masuk kedai makan ni. Selalu lalu tengok ramai orang. Patutlah. Memang sedap rupanya.

Khusyuk duk tengok en.beliau duk main game. Adik ipor snap gambar. Heeee

Udang banyak, besar-besar pulak tu. Tapi saya kan tak boleh makan udang, jadi rezeki en.beliau la jawabnya.



Nasi goreng.
 Resepi nasi goreng yang saya biasa buat tu senang je. Nasi goreng campak-campak jer pon. Tapi yang ni lah yang selalu en.beliau suh buat..

Goreng ikan bilis garing rangup asingkan.
(1) Tumbuk 3 biji bawang merah + dua ulas bawang putih +beberapa ekor ikan bilis+ cili padi beberapa biji
Tumis (1) sampai harum baunya, masukkan sesudu sos tiram.
Masukkan sayur gaul sebati pastu masuk la perasa garam ajinomoto pastu gaul nasi tuh
Last skali baru masuk ikan bilis. 

(Eh, tiba-tiba nak bagi resepi ni kan. Thehehe)

En.beliau ni dia nak nasi goreng tu betul-betul kering, kalau basah je mula la mengkomen kan. Agak-agak nak gaul nasi tu dia datang la kat kuali tolong gaul sampai kering. Thehehee.


Ni pulak mak mertua kirim ikan keli jugak skali ngan ikan patin tu. Mula-mula konon nak goreng berlada, pastu malas nak tumbuk bawang. Ambik bawang mesin ngan hiris bawang. Siap curah atas ikan. Ambik ko, tenggelam terus ikan. Hehehe.


Kemudian baki ikan keli tu buat lauk gulai ikan keli. Tak pernah try pon. Kat rumah mak biasa tolong tumbuk bawang then kacau gulai jer pon. So internet dihujung jari mari kita gugelll.

Ikan keli pon en.beliau tak makan. Dia rekues ikan kering jer dengan sayur goreng.


Ni hari lain pulak. Kitorang pegi beli ikan aye (ikan tongkol). En.beliau nak makan ikan aye goreng berlada.

Senang sangat haihhh.

Mula-mula ikan aye gaul garam kunyit, goreng ketepikan.

 Tumbuk bawang merah, bawang putih dan cili padi.

Tumis la bawang-bawang tu masuk perasa garam gula, masuk kicap sikit kemudian gaul dengan ikan aye goreng tadi.

Nyum-Nyum. Makan lauk ni jer dengan nasi pon dah cukup.

Tak habis lagi...

Hari yang lain pulak beli ikan selayang. Singgang ikan selayang untuk saya. Dan wajiblah ada lauk lain untuk en.beliau.  Masak ikan masak sambal, tumbuk belacan ikan kering (sukati bagi nama).


Alhamdulillah. 
Diberi kerajinan dan kesempatan untuk memasak even simple asal mengenyangkan perut suami sudah. Heeehee.
